I met Mercia at the end of 2025. In fact, I had already seen her around because we attended the same school. However, I never had the courage to start a conversation with her. There was something about her that made her stand out from the other women. She inspired great admiration in me, but also a certain hesitation to approach her.

As time went by, she stopped coming to school regularly, and I thought I might never have the opportunity to get to know her better.

Then, our paths crossed again at work. At that time, we, JARME team, were preparing OMEGA end-of-year events. I decided to invite her to participate, and to my delight, she accepted. Mercia attended all three days of the conference.

It was during those days that we began talking more, getting to know each other better, and building a genuine friendship. Little by little, that friendship blossomed into a beautiful love story.
